Setup your session

In this section, we’ll cover how to set up your Loom on a tripod and walk you through using the device.

 

Be patient with yourself! Everyone responds differently to the light, so start with short sessions at low intensity and gradually increase over time.

 

Always have a friend nearby when using it for the first time, just in case you have a negative reaction. They can assist you if needed, and it’s more enjoyable to explore a new gadget together.

Choose your session

As mentioned, the Loom device offers four distinct frequency sessions. Everyone experiences the light differently, and some may use the sessions in ways that differ from what’s described here. Consider this a general guide, but feel free to explore and experiment. Each session is designed with a unique set of frequencies.

Don’t be misled—you don’t need 100 different sessions with fancy names. We’ve carefully selected the most impactful and distinct experiences, packaging them into the Loom device for you to incorporate into your daily practice.
