All payments must be made beforehand. Once payment is received successfully, shipment will take place.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All parcels are processed by UPS.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that there is somebody present to receive and sign for the package. If our courier can not make a delivery, you may need to make further arrangements with the courier personally or collect the package from the courier's depot. We do not accept responsibility or liability in this situation.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We do not accept responsibility or liability in this situation.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

​

www.lightbath.co.uk and www.lichtbad.ch are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return & Exchange Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen working days after the date the item is delivered.

Before returning your parcel, always contact our customer service to make arrangements.
Returns without pre-going contact will not be processed. You have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve confirmed your return.

We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.

You can return your product if it meets the following requirements:

  • The product is in new condition

  • The product is provided with the original and undamaged packing

  • The product may not show any signs of damage or malfunctions other than found in the box.

 

We endeavour to supply products that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. We advise that you should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us within 3 working days of delivery of any defects or damage. Please retain all documents and packaging. We will replace the goods and refund any additional postage charges paid by you. If your parcel arrives damaged please state "damaged" on the form that the courier asks you to sign.

Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to ensure your package is returned to us.

If the item you receive through a forwarding service is damaged or defective, we will work with you to ensure a prompt replacement or repair. Please contact our customer support team from the date of delivery. It's important to note that any delivery cost beyond the address of the delivery service is the customer's responsibility.

Returns for Other Reasons:

For items returned for reasons other than damage or defects, such as a change of mind, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping to our business address. We will process your refund upon receiving the returned item in its original condition.

We highly recommend that customers in regions outside our standard shipping areas contact our customer support team to explore alternative shipping options to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process.

  3. Delivery Times: Please be aware that the estimated delivery times provided on our website are based on delivery within our supported regions. Delivery times to your location may vary when using a forwarding service, and we recommend checking with your chosen service for their specific timelines.

  4. Address Accuracy: Ensure that you provide accurate and complete forwarding service address details during the order process. Any discrepancies in the provided address may lead to delivery delays or issues.
